Every Cairn Practice journal is printed to order. Rather than mass-producing and warehousing stock, we print your journal fresh when you order it — and send it from the printing partner closest to you. Less waste, a smaller footprint, and a faster journey to your door.
How long will my order take?
There are two parts to your delivery time:
- Production — 3–5 business days to print and bind your journal.
- Shipping — added on top, based on your location and the method chosen at checkout.
Most orders arrive within a couple of weeks. During busy periods (holidays, big launches), production can take a little longer.
Where we ship from
We print at facilities around the world — including France, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and India — and wherever possible your journal is made and shipped from the location nearest you. This keeps delivery quick and emissions low. Routing is automatic, so you don't choose the facility — we pick the fastest, greenest option for you.
Shipping options
At checkout you'll see the delivery options available for your address. Standard shipping is handled by your local postal service; quicker options may be available depending on where you are.
International orders
We ship worldwide, with a small number of country exceptions due to shipping restrictions. If you're ordering from outside the printing country, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes — these aren't included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking your order
Once your journal ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking link where available. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Damaged, faulty or misprinted journals
We want every journal to arrive perfect. If yours turns up damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll happily send a replacement — no need to return the original. Just contact us through our support page within 20 days of your shipment date with a couple of photos of the issue, and we'll sort it out.
